The signature batch cocktail menu
Each signature cocktail is batched to yield 75 servings — a five-gallon batch of nine-ounce pours. Each batch is $400. If you are buying your own alcohol, Shaker can supply just the base instead. Every signature and base includes a dispenser, ice, cups, straws and garnishes. Choose a signature cocktail and you are invited to a tasting.
The Elder Sour
Whiskey, elderflower liqueur, house-made lemonade and simple syrup.
Blackberry Kentucky Lemonade
House-made lemonade, bourbon and blackberry puree topped with ginger beer, garnished with a blackberry or lemon wheel.
Rose All Day
Vodka, raspberry puree and lemon juice, topped with rose wine.
Blood Orange Paloma
Tequila, triple sec, blood orange and lime, topped with grapefruit soda.
Buzzy Bee
Gin or bourbon, Texas honey, lemon juice and tonic syrup.
Tequila Tango
Tequila, agave, guava puree, mint, citrus juices and pineapple juice.
Blue Lagoon Margarita
Tequila, blue curaçao, lime juice and simple syrup, shaken and served with a lime wedge, orange wheel and a salt, Tajín or sugar rim.
Love on the Coast
Coconut rum, pineapple juice, cranberry and a splash of grenadine, shaken into a smooth tropical sunset sip.

Made-to-order cocktails
Made-to-order cocktails are $600 for 100 servings. These are built per guest rather than batched, which is why they cost more and why drinks like an espresso martini only work this way.

Glassware
Priced per glass for 4 hours of service. Bar glassware requires a busser, billed at $50 an hour, because glasses have to be collected, washed and returned.
- House glassware, $1.00 per glass — Water goblets, Rocks glasses, Champagne flutes, Wine glasses
- Elevated glassware, $1.25 per glass — Double old fashioned glasses, Martini glasses, Collins glasses, Wine glasses
Quoted individually
- Custom made-to-order cocktails — Anything outside the published made-to-order menu.
- Table-side wine service and upgraded wine selections — Wine poured at the table during dinner, and wines above the house and mid-tier lists.
- Custom packages — The flyer states custom packages are available on request, so a bar that does not match any tier is a normal request rather than an exception.
Staffing reminder
Bartenders and the supplies package are required for all BYOB events. Glassware adds a busser at $ 50 an hour. Both are on the pricing page and in the estimator.
