A couple looking for a BYOB bartender and a couple looking for a champagne tower need different answers. Every service below has its own page, its own pricing and its own FAQ hub.
Wedding Bartending
Shaker Bar & Bev. Co. runs the bar at your wedding — the packages, the pours, the people and the clean-up — across Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston.
Wedding bar packages run from $15 to $35 per guest for four hours of service, with bartenders at $50 an hour and one bartender per 75 guests.
BYOB Bartending
You buy the alcohol. Shaker brings the bartenders, the supplies, the mixers and a shopping list so you buy the right amount of it.
A BYOB event needs bartenders at $50 an hour, one per 75 guests, plus the supplies package at $275. Most couples add the liquor mixers package at $7 per guest, which covers the sodas, juices, ice and disposables.
Bartenders & Bar Staffing
If you only need skilled people behind the bar, that is a service on its own — bartenders at $50 an hour, one per 75 guests.
Bartenders and bar glassware bussers are both $50 an hour. Shaker staffs one bartender per 75 guests. Staff arrive two hours before the ceremony and leave an hour and a half after the bar closes.
Specialty & Signature Cocktails
Eight signature batch cocktails at $400 a batch, seven margarita flavours, and made-to-order cocktails at $600 per 100 servings — with a tasting before you commit.
A specialty batch cocktail is $400 for a five-gallon batch, which is 75 nine-ounce servings. Made-to-order cocktails are $600 for 100 servings. Specialty lemonades are $300 a batch.
Non-Alcoholic Bar Service
A real bar with no alcohol in it — $15 per guest for two specialty lemonades, a soda package and a sparkling toast.
The Non-Alcoholic Bar is $15 per guest for four hours of service, and includes the supplies package and cups.
Glassware Rental
Real glass instead of disposable cups — $1 per glass for house, $1.25 for elevated, for four hours of service.
House glassware is $1 per glass and elevated glassware is $1.25 per glass, both for four hours of service. Glassware rental requires a bar glassware busser at $50 an hour.
Corporate Event Bar Service
Holiday parties, galas, client receptions and open houses — the same bar, staff and packages, scheduled around a working day.
Corporate events use the same per-guest bar packages, from $15 to $35 per guest for four hours, with bartenders at $50 an hour.
Private Party Bar Service
Birthdays, anniversaries, showers, graduations and parties at home — with someone else behind the bar and cleaning up.
Private parties can run on a per-guest bar package from $15 to $35, or BYOB with bartenders at $50 an hour plus the $275 supplies package.
Not sure which you need?
Most weddings are one of two shapes: a per-guest bar package where Shaker supplies everything from $15 to $ 35 a head, or BYOB where you buy the alcohol and Shaker brings the staff and supplies. The pricing page prices both so you can compare them against your own guest count rather than in the abstract.
