Pricing and estimates
Prices published on this website are the rates in effect as last reviewed on August 13, 2026 and are subject to change. All package prices are per guest for 4 hours of bar service unless stated otherwise, and a 20% setup and service charge applies.
The estimator produces an estimate, not a quote. It applies published rates to figures you enter and states the assumptions it makes. It is not a contract, a binding offer or a final proposal, and it does not reserve a date. Only a written quote issued by Shaker Bar & Bev. Co., and the contract you sign, govern what you pay. Sales tax, travel fees where applicable, and items quoted individually are excluded from estimates.
Availability
Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee that a date, a package, a specific spirit, wine, beer or garnish is available. Brand selections listed on package pages reflect what is typically offered and may be substituted with a comparable product where supply requires it.
Alcohol service
Bar service is provided in accordance with applicable Texas law. Service is limited to guests of legal drinking age, and staff may decline or discontinue service to any guest at their discretion where they judge it necessary for guest safety. Where a client supplies their own alcohol, responsibilities are set out in the contract for that event.
